The National Consortium in Graduate Science and Mathematics Education (NCGSME) is a consortium of sixteen (16) universities in the Philippines that collaborates with the Department of Science and Technology - Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI), specifically aiming to:

- improve the quality of science and mathematics education in the country; and
- accelerate the development of critical mass of experts in science and mathematics education.
The following universities are the members of the consortium:-
- Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU)
- Bicol University (BU)
- Central Luzon State University (CLSU)
- Cebu Normal University (CNU)
- De La Salle University (DLSU)
- Leyte Normal University (LNU)
- Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU)
- Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT)
- Mindanao State University - Marawi (MSU - Marawi)
- Philippine Normal University (PNU)
- St. Mary's University (SMU)
- University of the Philippines College of Education (UPCEd)
- University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU)
- University of San Carlos (USC)
- Western Mindanao State University (WMSU)
- West Visayas State University (WVSU)
In cooperation with the NCGSME, the Capacity Building Program in Science and Mathematics Education (CBPSME) scholarships are offered by DOST-SEI for the pursuit of Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Science and Mathematics Education available to DOST-SEI scholar-graduates, graduate students with academic honors, and qualified science and mathematics faculty of Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs) and consortium member-universities.
